As a mid-level Technical Consultant in Marketing Technologies at Digital Loop, you will lead and support the design, development, and delivery of scalable Marketing Technology solutions that create measurable business value for our clients.
You operate across the full solution lifecycle: from discovery and requirements definition to solution design, implementation, rollout, and continuous optimization. Working closely with clients, software developers, data experts, and AI engineers, you ensure that solutions are technically feasible, strategically aligned, and built for long-term scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Technical Ownership
Translate client requirements into feasible, scalable, and maintainable MarTech solutions.
Support the design of end-to-end solutions by aligning business needs, technical constraints, and delivery realities.
Collaborate with Tech Leads and cross-functional experts to define and prioritize clear, actionable backlog items.
Drive the solution lifecycle from initial scoping through implementation, launch, and continuous optimization.
Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities early to strengthen solution quality and delivery effectiveness.
Solution Delivery & Cross-Functional Coordination
Drive the planning and coordination of Marketing Technology solution delivery to keep work on time and within scope.
Organize and facilitate key delivery rituals such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.
Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively escalate risks or deviations.
Align internal and external stakeholders on timelines, priorities, deliverables, budgeting, and next steps.
Monitor resource allocation and project budget to improve transparency, planning, and execution.
Client Consulting & Stakeholder Alignment
Build trusted client relationships through structured, transparent, and solution-oriented collaboration.
Translate technical concepts and trade-offs into clear, business-relevant language for stakeholders.
Lead or support client meetings, progress reviews, and solution discussions to drive alignment and decisions.
Clarify client needs, challenge assumptions where needed, and turn ambiguity into actionable next steps.
