Your mission

As a mid-level Technical Consultant in Marketing Technologies at Digital Loop, you will lead and support the design, development, and delivery of scalable Marketing Technology solutions that create measurable business value for our clients.

You operate across the full solution lifecycle: from discovery and requirements definition to solution design, implementation, rollout, and continuous optimization. Working closely with clients, software developers, data experts, and AI engineers, you ensure that solutions are technically feasible, strategically aligned, and built for long-term scalability.

Your work empowers clients to build integrated, future-proof marketing technology ecosystems and digital products that strengthen customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and unlock innovation through data and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Technical Ownership

  • Translate client requirements into feasible, scalable, and maintainable MarTech solutions.

  • Support the design of end-to-end solutions by aligning business needs, technical constraints, and delivery realities.

  • Collaborate with Tech Leads and cross-functional experts to define and prioritize clear, actionable backlog items.

  • Drive the solution lifecycle from initial scoping through implementation, launch, and continuous optimization.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities early to strengthen solution quality and delivery effectiveness.


Solution Delivery & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Drive the planning and coordination of Marketing Technology solution delivery to keep work on time and within scope.

  • Organize and facilitate key delivery rituals such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.

  • Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively escalate risks or deviations.

  • Align internal and external stakeholders on timelines, priorities, deliverables, budgeting, and next steps.

  • Monitor resource allocation and project budget to improve transparency, planning, and execution.


Client Consulting & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Build trusted client relationships through structured, transparent, and solution-oriented collaboration.

  • Translate technical concepts and trade-offs into clear, business-relevant language for stakeholders.

  • Lead or support client meetings, progress reviews, and solution discussions to drive alignment and decisions.

  • Clarify client needs, challenge assumptions where needed, and turn ambiguity into actionable next steps.

  • Ensure delivered solutions create long-term value by aligning them with broader business and growth goals.


Your profile

Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, or a related technical field.

  • Alternatively, equivalent practical experience in MarTech, AdTech, web development, or technical solution delivery.

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in technical consulting, MarTech implementation, digital product delivery, or web-based solution design.


Technical Expertise

  • Preferred qualifications include a robust background in technical solution engineering, particularly within the Marketing, AI, or data-related fields.

  • Good understanding of modern product and/or data architectures.

  • Ability to understand and assess technical implementations in modern digital environments.


Delivery & Technical Collaboration

  • Experience working closely with developers, architects, data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders in cross-functional delivery setups.

  • Ability to break down solution concepts into clear technical requirements, user stories, and actionable work packages.

  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working, backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, and structured technical documentation.

  • Comfortable with challenging technical assumptions, identifying risks, and driving alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

Consulting & Communication

  • Ability to explain technical topics in a clear, structured, and business-relevant way.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working in client-facing environments.

  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping clients move from high-level needs to concrete delivery decisions.

Languages:

  • Mandatory: C1 German Language (spoken and written)
