- Internal Communication:
- Assist in the creation of internal newsletters, announcements, and communication plans.
- Support the preparation of company-wide meetings, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain internal communication platforms and ensure content is up-to-date and engaging.
- External Communication:
- Manage and update website content to ensure it aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop communication strategies for new campaigns, product launches, and events.
- Assist in content creation for our social media platforms, including drafting posts, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
- Draft and proofread external communications such as blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
- General Communication Support:
- Monitor communication channels, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely and professional communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in gathering data and analytics related to communication campaigns to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for content and strategy development, bringing new ideas to the table.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing onboarding materials, managing documentation, and organizing welcome sessions.
- Provide administrative assistance for HR-related tasks, including tracking vacation days, managing employee requests, and coordinating training sessions.
- Participate in HR meetings and take detailed minutes to support follow-up actions.
